There are also 33 resorts and hotels, 24 of which are owned and operated by the Disney Corporation. Walt Disney World tickets are required to visit the theme parks and some attractions but some, like Downtown Disney are free to visit.
Magic Kingdom was the first and is probably the most favorite park. It is the flagship theme park with rides, shows and characters. Spectacular fireworks and parades make this a not to be missed experience
Epcot is the most educational of the four parks - but it's still lots of fun with some cutting edge rides and displays
Hollywood Studios gives a glimpse into the world of Movies. Backlot tours and real movie sets alongside fantastic rides and world class shows.
If you like animals this is the place to be. With an emphasis on conservation Animal Kingdom has hundreds of animals in natural settings.
Victim to a massive tsunami Typhoon Lagoon is a shipwrecked cove filled with an infinite amount of entertainment with a discovery around every corner.
What happens when a ski resort undergoes a rapid meltdown? You get the "hottest" ski slope around with an abundance of water slides and tube rides.
An indoor interactive gaming experience. 5 floors of games including virtual reality, 3D experiences and blasts from the past (classic old video games )
Tickets are required to visit the 4 main theme parks.
